Heating from 400 °C upwards

We can also design and manufacture electrically operated heating systems for handling materials at temperatures of above 400 °C.

By using high-performance heating elements and fans made of heat-resistant special steel in combination with electronic heat output control and a speed controller for the fan motors we manufacture electric forced-air ovens up to a circulating air temperature of 500 °C.

Infrared radiator elements can also be used for heating up to around 900 °C – either for direct radiation of the material or for heating up the circulating air.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE APPLICATION & GAS OVENS

Circulating air tempering oven with gas-fired heat exchanger

Our circulating air ovens with gas or electric heater reach temperatures of up to 500°C. The use of infrared lamps enables heating up to 900°C.

High-temperature application to stimulate reaction

Reactor heating with infrared lamps

The synthesis reactor is heated from the outside to up to to 900°C in order to stimulate the reaction of the source materials.
