Effective Extraction of Vapours, Dust and Gases Using Proven Extraction Technology
We can provide stationary air purification systems for workplaces exposed to pollution from vapours, dusts or gases.
Thanks to the controlled air flow channelling, the noxious substances are led away from the working area and fresh air – also in laminar flow – is fed to the operator.
- Individual jacket design with doors, inspection windows or open on one side or with strip curtain for optimum access for elevating trucks and fork lifts
- With lighting, media connections (water, gases) and power sockets as required
- Suitable for mixing, filling and sampling tasks
- Integrated ultrafine filters for clean room applications, explosion protection and special steel versions as required
EMPTYING DRUM RESIDUES
A semi-shell heater is used to heat the back of the drum for the controlled heat out of product residue in drums.
The resulting vapours are extracted upwards via lowerable funnels.
Fume cupboard for external set-up
This fume cupboard is equipped with a safety control unit
All operating states of the fans, door locking, gas concentrations and filters are registered, visualised and relayed via service or alarm messages.
